Plesae note: This is a hybrid work position in Calgary Alberta and requires in-person collaboration at the WestJet Campus (22 Aerial Place NE) 3 days per week. This provides flexibility the remaining 40% of the work week. This hybrid work plan allows for critically important learning, collaboration and networking with our colleagues. Specific days in the office are agreed upon by the team.

Job Overview:
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the requirements gathering and documentation for Airports API (Kiosk Application, Lounge entry and Check-in API) and Self-bag drop applications. They will work with the Product Manager - IT Airport Applications and the Digital Product Manager and Owners who support Digital Check In (DCI), Kiosk and Self-bag drop (SBD), internal IT groups, UAT/QA testing teams, and partner vendors. Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst will work with the pertinent development and QA teams to gather estimates on requirement deliverables. They are responsible for creating Azure DevOps Stories, Acceptance Criteria and maintaining project artifacts such as business requirements documents and project schedules.
