The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and execution of the recruitment and onboarding program and policies. This role will work with the business to understand both current and future hiring needs and is responsible for tasks including sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.

What will you be responsible for?

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for the implementation, execution and ongoing improvement of the acquisition and onboarding programs and policies. The role will work with business leaders to understand both current and future hiring needs and is responsible for tasks such as sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.

You can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of recruitment software platforms as well as the variety of technologies that can enhance the talent sourcing process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, sociology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge of full cycle recruiting practice and techniques
  • Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) and/or Human resources certification (CPHR) is considered an asset.

Equivalencies in education and experience will be considered.
