Job Description:

The shuttle driver is responsible for transporting both guests and staff to the ski hill. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and solid driving experience. The shuttle driver will be also be required to record daily mileage, ensure that the LLSR vehicles are in good working condition, provide friendly and engaging service and apply defensive driving techniques to uphold the safety of all passengers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safe operation of company vehicle(s) adhering to the transportation policy
  • Timely and safe transportation of guests and staff
  • Accurate, timely, and organized processing of paperwork, vehicle check logs
  • Keep a clean & organized vehicle - includes daily cleaning of bus
  • Regular communication with resort while on the road
  • High quality, friendly, and cooperative relationship with all departments
  • Provide assistance to other departments as required

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Punctuality and reliability is essential
  • Regularly communicate with your peers & supervisors to ensure the overall success of the department
  • Can work well in a team as well as independently
  • Ability to deal with a broad range of people & departments
  • Complete other tasks as assigned
  • Clean class 2 or Class 4 AB drivers' license or equivalent, clean driving abstract/record
  • 3 years claims free insurance history
  • Minimum 1-2 years previous industry experience
  • A friendly and professional manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
