Building Maintenance Technician (Full-time)

You Will:

· Be responsible for the completion of maintenance service requests as assigned in all base area buildings and outdoor areas.

· Create and complete work orders for every job/task.

· Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.

· Complete daily checks, preventative maintenance work orders and maintenance records.

· Carry phone/radio as required for demand maintenance items.

· Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned including pool and hot tubs.

· Complete groundswork as directed.

· Be responsible for alerting the maintenance manager of any unusual occurrence, damage, or risk.

· Know and abide by RCR policies, Employee Handbook guidelines and Safety Management Program.

· Perform miscellaneous tasks as requested.

You Have:

· Mechanical aptitude required.

· Tradesman certification an asset.

· Pool Tech certification an asset.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

· Previous experience in a similar role an asset.

· Physically capable of lifting heavy loads and/or extended periods of exertion required.

Full-time seasonal with the opportunity to progress to a year-round position, for the right candidate.
