Position: Central Reservations Sales Agent
Reports to: Office Manager & Contact Centre Manager
Employment: Full-Time Seasonal

Join our team as a Central Reservations Sales Agent, where you'll play a vital role in assisting guests and supporting their mountain adventures.

We are looking for a full-time seasonal sales agent to start as soon as possible. The position is located at Big White Ski Resort or our office on Asher Rd in Kelowna.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with inquiries, reservations, modifications, and cancellations, with a primary focus on selling ski school products and programs.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each guest has a positive and memorable experience.
• Collaborate with the Cenres Contact Centre team to ensure booking accuracy and optimize revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of ski school products, packages, and promotions to offer accurate and helpful information to guests.
• Enter guests online lesson bookings into our scheduling system.
• Process guest lift ticket and rental equipment orders in RTP promptly and accurately.
• Work closely with Ski School operations to ensure smooth lesson execution and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Perform cash handling, reconciliation, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace to contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest interactions and sales.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with reservation or property management systems is an asset.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods in a busy sales desk environment.
• Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be required.

Wage: $20.50/hr
