Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. is looking to fill the position of Guest Services Attendant at Trickle Creek Golf Resort. This is a seasonal position, reporting to the Golf Shop Manager. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and team player and will have previous customer service experience. We focus on building and maintaining long lasting relationships with our staff and guests and encourage you to come "Experience the Ultimate" and be a part of our team.
Role Summary
It is the Guest Service Attendant's responsibility to attend promptly and courteously to our guests needs, and whenever possible anticipate them. As the first impression and last point of client contact it is the Attendant's duty to represent Trickle Creek Golf Resort in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of drop off area and parking lot
Clean and maintain carts
Greet golfers as they arrive
Load and assign golf carts
General cleaning duties
Address golfer's needs
Pick the Range
Monitor and stock the Range
Increase the ease and enjoyment of the golfer's experience
Other duties as required

working holidays, weekends and evenings can be expected
full time scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours per week during busy times, with less during quiet times.
