We are looking to fill kitchen positions at all levels. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, the ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and team player. Previous kitchen experience an asset but not necessary. At Kimberley Alpine Resort we focus on building and maintaining long lasting relationships with our staff and guests and encourage you to come "Experience the Ultimate" and be a part of our team.

You Will:

  • Prepare food items according to resort F&B specifications
  • Follow kitchen's systems & principles
  • Promote a safe, sanitized work environment, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, safety and food storage management
  • Ensure the highest level of service and guest experience
  • Provide non-stop teamwork with your teammates and managers
  • Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
  • Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
  • Know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs
  • Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable

You Have:

  • Previous cook and food preparation experience an asset
  • Cook training certification or equivalent an asset
  • Food safe certification an asset, may be obtained upon hire
  • A willingness to learn new skills and have a positive attitude
