We are expanding rapidly and seeking an enthusiastic Product Manager Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate and liaise effectively with team members to ensure customer inquiries and orders are handled and processed in a timely manner
  • Liaise with the Cell Biology team to provide technical and customer support services
  • Provide support for cell lines product curation and management
  • Assist the Intellectual Property Manager with technology transfer tasks
  • Contribute to the expansion of the cell line product portfolio and licensing efforts
  • Assist with licensing of cell biology and other products
  • Monitor and follow up on orders, production timelines, and shipment statuses
  • Collaborate with production teams to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Perform other product management and customer support tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biology)
  • Experience: Previous experience, such as a co-op term, is preferred. Experience working with cell lines a plus
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Proficient in professional and effective email communication
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
    • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and take responsibilities
    • Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment

Work Location

  • This is an onsite position at our headquarters in Richmond, BC.
  • Candidates must be available to work onsite from the start date. No relocation allowance is provided.
