FISPAN Services Inc. (FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in downtown Vancouver, FISPAN is on a mission to create the best product in the FinTech industry and fundamentally change the way that companies bank. Being the market leader in ERP Banking, we work with the world's Tier 1 banks with assets exceeding $3T, including J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, TD and Bank of Montreal.

We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our high performance team and contribute to our rapid growth and exciting journey.

How your day at work would look like


  • Help with recruitment initiatives and understanding hiring manager needs, objectives and goals through candidate screening and phone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews for hiring managers, gathering interview feedback from both the candidate and the hiring manager
  • Assist with the day to day operations of our internal human resources department
  • Help with documentation around corporate grants, rewards, and applications
  • Create and modify job descriptions
  • Draft, review and coordinate employment contracts
  • Support strategic HR initiatives with the HR team
  • Drive employee engagement and HR marketing
  • Support the operational functionality of FISPAN's HR processes and policies
  • Be a key stakeholder and team member that plays a critical role in FISPAN culture
  • We are a startup, there are going to be a million other things that need to get done

What you need


  • You are currently enrolled in post-secondary (Business - HR, Marketing, or related)
  • Passionate about (enterprise) technology
  • Experience using the different Google Forums, such as Google Docs, Google Slides and Google Sheets
  • Strong research skills
  • Problem solver and critical thinker
  • You pride yourself on putting people first and always leaving people and places better than you found them
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to do an 8 month co-op is a must
  • Looking for May start date


*This is a hybrid position, and if located in the lower mainland will be expected to be in the office 3 times a week

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure based on comparable market data for similar jobs and job levels from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. A candidate's specific base salary will be based on multiple factors including applicable experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, among other things.
