Position: Partnership Strategy Intern
Department: Partnership Strategy
Reports to: Director, Partnership Strategy
Term: Effective immediately until August 2025

Position Summary:

The Partnership Strategy team works in conjunction with our Partnership Sales and Partnership Marketing team to build and elevate corporate partnerships to enhance the fan experience and bring brand visions to life. The Partnership Strategy team also works cross-departmentally to create unique partnership platforms for prospective and current partners, in addition to streamlining information and processes to meet business objectives. The Partnership Strategy Intern will assist with end of year partnership reporting and analysis, planning and preparation for the upcoming season, and tracking all sellable inventory through the sales cycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
(Other duties may be assigned as required)

  • Assist the Partnership Strategy team with the preparation and analysis for all partnership renewals and recap reports
  • Provide support with renewal and new business proposals, which includes but is not limited to reporting, administrative support, inventory management, deliverables tracking
  • Use and understand sponsorship CRM platform (KORE) to update all sponsorship information and ensure accuracy of all contract deliverables
  • Work closely with other inter and intra department stakeholders including but not limited to Partnership Sales, Partnership Marketing, Community Engagement, Game Presentation to evaluate partnership ideas and create organizational alignment on partnership activations
  • Other duties as required by the Corporate Partnerships team

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current university student or recent university graduate in a related field of study
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism in presentation, conduct, and reliability
  • Strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile
  • Eager to learn and take on new tasks and responsibilities
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as required
  • All internships are in-person at our offices at Rogers Arena
