  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hardware and software issues
  • Update systems, manage inventory, and assist with configuring new devices
  • Help coordinate third-party repairs and maintain IT workspace organization
  • Support exciting school tech events (Hour of Code, Robotics Club, STEM projects)
  • Write scripts to automate simple tasks and streamline workflows
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and communicate solutions clearly and professionally
  • Contribute to regular IT team meetings and projects

What You Bring

  • A tech-savvy, service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for learning and working in a collaborative, community-focused environment

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in IT or tech support
  • Experience with Google Workspace and multi-platform environments (Windows, iOS, Android, Apple, Chrome OS)
  • Comfortable troubleshooting devices and AV equipment
  • Flexible availability and willingness to adapt to the school's needs
  • Experience in a similar setting (especially educational environments) is an asset

Why Mulgrave?

  • Hands-on, meaningful experience in a future-focused educational setting
  • Work with a supportive, dynamic IT team
