Under the general supervision of the Maintenance Coordinator, Property Management or designate and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface Hospital, the HVAC Controls Mechanic is responsible for: installing, maintaining, and servicing HVAC control systems, including computerized controls; performing preventative maintenance procedures and checks on all HVAC systems including air-handling units, chilled water loop controls, humidification, hot water heating systems and other related equipment, and performing other related duties as assigned.
Note: External applicants may be required to successfully complete a proficiency test in addition to the above.
