Klinic Community Heath is a pro-choice community health centre that provides primary care, education and counselling services to our local community and throughout Manitoba. New Directions offers a transition, healing and education program for children, youth, and adults who have been exploited through sex trade. This program assists to stabilize living situations, promote healthy lifestyles and build confidence and self-esteem. The programs are participant-directed and delivered through a holistic healing model of balancing spiritual, mental and physical and emotional needs of the participants.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position works in an inter-disciplinary collaborative team to provide primary health care on-site at Klinic three days per week. One day per week is spent at New Directions meeting clients in group settings (including the provision of education sessions on various health topics) as well as individual visits for primary care related health needs.

SALARY RANGE $63.646-$76.064 per hour
