The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of the camp's facilities and grounds during an overnight camp program. The Site Manager also works closely with the Camp Director to oversee staffing for camp programs, ensuring proper support for camp activities and ensuring the well-being of campers and staff. This role is crucial in maintaining the operational and programmatic success of the camp while fostering a safe, welcoming, and mission-driven environment.
