The Contract Specialist is accountable for supporting key aspects of the contract management lifecycle including development, compliance, maintenance, and change.
Supports the Contracts & Commercial function in ensuring ISI fulfills its contractual obligations through tracking and maintaining all Contract documentation including Contract Amendments, Task Authorizations, Long Lead Item Authorization Forms and Contract Change Proposals. Works with internal stakeholders to demonstrate compliance to contractual requirements. Interface with the Customer on matters related to execution of the Contract.
All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
