The Associate Physician General Internal Medicine is a licensed physician employed by the Nova Scotia Health Authority to provide clinical care under the supervision of a fully licensed physician. This position is assigned to the Department of Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine. The Associate Physician will report directly to the General Internal Medicine Program Director or his/her designate and indirectly to the Executive Medical Director through the Central Zone Director, Medical Affairs. Participation in the call schedule is required.
