Accountabilities:

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the customer experience, marketing, communications, and customer solutions teams to assist with the maintenance of the nspower.ca website through updates in the content management system (CMS) and reporting on the same content. Other duties include supporting website development projects (site enhancements, landing pages, etc), perform regular website audits to identify areas for improvement, and gathering research and preparing materials related to digital customer experience and website best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for personal safety and that of co-workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.

Skills, Capabilities and Experience:

The successful student should be enrolled in a Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Computer Science, Web Development or Commerce program and be in at least the second year of study. The ideal candidate is action-oriented, organized, and skilled at balancing priorities. They can work independently but are also team players who enjoy building relationships and work well with cross functional teams. They are proficient in the use of Content Management Systems, website analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Hotjar), Microsoft O365 including Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the industry sector and Salesforce are also considered assets.
