Are you ready to apply your knowledge in the real world? We are hiring a Co-op Marketing for the Winter Term with our Marketing Strategy team.
What you’ll do:
- The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the marketing, customer experience, corporate communications, customers solutions, and other internal teams on go-to-market plans, tactics, and administration.
- This includes assisting with the development, execution and measurement of marketing related activities that deliver a great customer experience.
- This could include small to mid-size marketing campaigns, website content updates, newsletters and e-mails, and program FAQs to support our internal teams in answering customer inquiries.
- Other duties include, gathering research and preparing communication materials for internal and external audiences, processing of customer applications for programs underway and other administrative type work.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for personal safety and that of co-workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations
Who you are:
- The successful student should be enrolled in a Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or Commerce program and be in at least the second year of study.
- The ideal candidate is action-oriented, organized, and skilled at balancing priorities.
- They are strong communicators, both written and oral.
- They can work independently but are also team players who enjoy building relationships and work well with cross functional teams.
- They are proficient in the use of Microsoft O365 including as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word. Experience with Tableau, CRM, MailChimp, digital analytic platforms (e.g. GA4) are an asset.
- Knowledge of the industry sector is considered an asset.
