The Opportunity


We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team for a 12-month maternity leave cover, with the possibility of evolving into a permanent position. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, you will be instrumental in attracting and securing top-tier talent across various departments. Additionally, during peak periods, you will have the opportunity to engage in broader HR initiatives, making this a comprehensive and engaging role.


Your Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
    • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Proactively source candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
    • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Introhive's culture and values.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Collaboration & Strategy:

      • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and timelines.
      • Provide market insights, hiring metrics, and recommendations to optimize recruitment outcomes.
      • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and share progress updates with stakeholders.

HR Support (as needed):

    • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, employee engagement programs, and general HR administration during high-demand periods.
    • Contribute to creating an inclusive and engaging employee experience.

Qualifications


Experience:

    • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience both technical and non-technical positions
    • Experience recruiting for roles across various functions
    • Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian recruitment markets; global hiring experience is a strong asset.

SaaS Industry Recruiting Experience:

    • Demonstrated ability to recruit top talent in SaaS organizations, with a strong understanding of the industry's unique roles and requirements.
    • Proven track record of successfully filling positions within various departments in the SaaS sector.
    • Experience utilizing industry-specific recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
    • Strong network and connections within the SaaS industry to source high-quality candidates quickly and efficiently.
    • Expertise in communicating the value proposition of a company to prospective candidates, effectively aligning talent with business objectives.

HR Knowledge:

    • Exposure to HR processes and policies; experience as an HR generalist is a plus.

Soft Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Location:

    • Preference for candidates based in Toronto.
