Position Summary: The Grounds Crew will be responsible for maintaining the Resort grounds to ensure they are safe, clean and presentable to the guests and employees. The Grounds Crew will perform all outdoor maintenance including landscaping, property clean-up, snow removal and outdoor property enhancements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for debris and garbage, and snow removal of walkways, patios, emergency exits and parking lots.

  • Ensure all outdoor walking areas at the resort are clear and safe for guests and staff by shoveling and salting high traffic areas as needed.

  • Refill salt storage containers around the resort as needed.

  • Ensure you are working in conjunction with Health & Safety protocols and practices, and report any damages to equipment or injuries of staff to the appropriate Manager immediately.

Qualifications:

  • Energetic, outgoing with a positive attitude, driven to deliver elevated guest experiences.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Respond to special guest requests with a sense of urgency in a friendly and efficient manner.

  • Guest-centric health & safety conscious and actively involved in maintaining a safe work environment.
