Position Summary: Tube Park Attendants are responsible for operating the tube park slide and lifts in a safe and courteous manner. They ensure guests board, ride and disembark the tubes according to safety standards. Tube Park Attendants are responsible for ensuring tubes ride the lift in the correct manner, and are responsible for ensuring the tidying and organization of tubes and other tools in the tube park. They greet guests in a friendly manner and assist guests with any questions they may have.

This position REQUIRES day time availability - Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides professional, and friendly customer services to guests.

  • Performs daily operations including organizing the tubes and setting up the park each day.

  • Checking daily passes and tickets and ensuring customers are riding the carpet at appropriate times.

  • Ensuring the customers are following the safety guidelines.

  • Displays excellent communication/organizational skills and proven ability to work under high pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Be able to be on their feet for a full shift, up to 8 hours, while standing outdoors in all weather conditions (winter conditions).

  • Be able to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
