Location: Brampton Salary: 21$ per hour Job category: Administrative Support Type of job: Temporary leading to permanent Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Tasks

  • Check-in drivers, confirm freight paperwork, and prepare bills of lading.
  • Manage the electronic file system, including data entry.
  • Maintain inbound and outbound paperwork.
  • Analyze and record bills.
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls.
  • Provide additional clerical support for dock staff.
  • Establish positive communication with drivers and warehouse management.
  • Carry out other similar duties related to the position.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a transportation environment.
  • Software proficiency is a must.
  • Proficiency in logistics software systems and Microsoft Office.
