What You'll Do

  • Identify issues, assess impacts of organizational changes, and plan transition activities to support major change initiatives.
  • Analyze assigned topics, including CAD drawings for MHE improvements, and present key findings, issues, and recommended solutions.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to reduce supply chain costs, enhance service levels, and ensure timely project delivery through continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Analyze business requirements and contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of business process engineering.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to create and update deliverables, prepare project presentations, and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver change management plans for new processes, including design, communication, training, and post-implementation support

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Operations or Supply Chain, Information Technology Management, Data Analytics or a relevant degree program
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is an asset.
  • A foundational understanding of supply chain principles will be beneficial. This includes knowledge of logistics, inventory management, procurement, and distribution
  • An interest in understanding project management methodologies and continuous improvement techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with effective communication abilities
  • Experience or familiarity with robotics and automation in a distribution setting
