The team at Preston Family Dental located in Cambridge, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a temporary basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

We are a well established family practice located in the heart of Preston, serving the community for over 30 years.

SCHEDULE:

• 35-40 hours per week
• Monday-Saturday
• Temporary contract starts immediately and end month of May 2026 (may lead to a permanent position)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• knowledge of the dental field a necessity
• 2 year of experience is required as a Dental Receptionist
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate an asset
• Experience with dental practice management software such as TRACKER is ESSENTIAL
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
