The Opportunity:


Under Sunwing Vacations Inc, we are looking for a P&C Administrator on a 6 month contract to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As a results and detail-oriented P&C Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the People & Culture team by ensuring efficient and accurate management of HR processes, systems, and employee needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain, update/ respond to general HR and Benefits inbox inquiries from employees/leader
  • Support P&C Business Partners in all administrative functions by preparing employee-required correspondence
  • Provide support for P&C recordkeeping, filing, and tracking
  • Support the P&C leadership team in promoting purpose and values
  • Work closely with the Payroll department on any payroll related issues and ensure a timely resolution
  • Foster an open-door policy for employees
  • Other duties as requested

What You'll Need:

  • 1 year work experience
  • Recent graduate with bachelors degree in human resources
  • Strong people skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Detail-oriented and held to the highest confidentiality standard
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management
  • Solid organizational and planning skills
  • CHRP/CHRL is an asset
