WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern that is eager to play a pivotal role in advancing our digital tools and marketing strategies.

You will:

· Visit branches and collaborate with staff to feature each location in weekly social media content, driving awareness and interaction.

· Develop and post weekly in-field content (photos, videos, social media posts) that highlights branch activities, agronomy and energy practices, and the intern experience.

· Research and optimize website features to align with user needs, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience.

· Join crop scouts in-field to build agronomy knowledge.

· Grow your industry knowledge by attending grower appreciation days and other industry events.

· Engage with internal users and external stakeholders.

Plus, you will also be responsible for your own Technology Adoption Project

· Travel and participate with GROWMARK Intern group as required.

· Mandatory travel dates: May 12-13, June 16-18 and July 30-31, 2025.

· Analyze user behavior for the FS Solution Centre/myFS Agronomy apps, identifying barriers to usage and opportunities for growth.

· Conduct interviews (online and in-person) with current and potential users to gather insights for app and website optimization.

· Project Presentation: Summarize findings and propose actionable strategies for enhancing digital tool adoption and website effectiveness.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

· You are currently completing your third year of related college or university program.

· You have a valid G driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and the ability to travel independently as needed, including required passport and visas to travel to the United States.

You can demonstrate:

· Strong understanding of the ag industry and our users to be able to develop relevant content.

· Ability to work well independently to schedule a week of in-field travel for content, interviews, etc.

· Passion for creative writing.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Aptitude to learn new technology.

· Proficiency with cell phones for photos and video.

· Strong communication and interviewing skills.

· Interest in web page mapping and logic.
