About the job
Working in court administration is dynamic and exciting - every day is different. You can expect to: • help prepare yearly and monthly budget estimates • provide administrative support, like answering emails, processing documents, and preparing reports • coordinate the collection, recording, and entering of employee work hours • assist the Manager with various accommodation projects • review and suggest ways to maximize space using current floor plans
What you bring to the team
Finance and accommodation administration knowledge
You can: • understand government financial rules, procurement, and accounting policies • calculate and process documents for accounts payable/receivable and budgets • apply human resources policies like salary and benefits • follow procedures for building and maintaining government buildings
Organizational, analytical and good judgment skills
You can: • find and fix mistakes in financial statements • stay organized and make good decisions • suggest plans for projects like renovating court facilities
Communication skills
You can: • speak and write clearly • answer questions and give information about court office practices
Computer skills
