Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns to ensure a high level of
customer satisfaction.
Prepare and provide formal quotes for customer RFQs, including pricing
calculations, sell price determination, and delivery timelines.
Ability to interpret technical drawings is considered an asset.
Review customer orders to verify pricing, delivery schedules, special
instructions or requirements, and terms & conditions.
Enter customer orders into the MRP system by creating sales orders.
Prepare and maintain new product forms.
Generate customs documentation for applicable shipments.
Provide occasional reception coverage and support invoicing as needed.
Perform various administrative tasks, including filing and scanning.
Adhere to Safran policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Confidently quote, enter, and amend orders while managing order backlog.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional accuracy in data entry with keen attention to detail.
Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience with Export Control regulations (asset).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently.
Knowledge of products, parts, and pricing.
Ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
Responsive to both company and customer needs.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
This position involves working with controlled goods and is subject to Canada's Controlled Goods Program (CGP) regulations. As a result, preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents who meet the necessary security clearance requirements.
