Local Super User (Lsu) - Contract Role - 12 Months

Your Role

As Local Super User you will provide support for operations to effectively utilize our Internal Systems in order to service customers. This position is responsible for training, supporting, and administration of the computer systems that our Contract Logistics warehouse operations utilize, including but not limited to (CIEL FW/FD or SAP, etc.)

Your Responsibilities

• Train and provide 1st level support on (CIEL FW/FD or SAP, etc.) related topics and attached applications (eg. PCIP / WMS / Business Objects).
• Maintenance of training documentation and working instructions for IS/IT.
• Participate in new customer implementations.
• Participate in joint continuous improvement initiatives with operations.
• System validation - ensure that processes are aligned with customer requirements. Participate in quality and compliance audits.
• Release management - perform testing for regular software updates to the WMS
• Data extraction and report management.
• Work in conjunction with KNPS engineer in regards to system automated, KPI / data reporting.
• Management of user logins and profiles.
• Help desk support and monitor ticketing queues (RT).
• Representing the Information System department in all interactions with the client and operations

Your Skills and Experiences

• Diploma/Degree in International Business, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field preferred
• 4+ years work experience in a similar position.
• 3+ years of experience in 3PL / Distribution Centre / Warehouse environment
• Experience working with SAP system is needed.
• Proficient in Word, Excel (maintain complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint
• Knowledge on EDI, computer system administration and troubleshooting
