Job Summary

Role Details:

  • Location: 1 Prologis Blvd, Mississauga ON
  • 6 month contract

As an Associate Product Manager (In office), you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations between our software platform and POS hardware suppliers. This includes overseeing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, managing the release cycle, conducting product comparisons, and driving UX mapping both before and after integration. You will work closely with SPM of integrations, engineering, design, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality integration with POS hardware, enabling smooth transactions, enhanced digital experiences, and superior customer experiences.


Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Associate Product Manager - Contract, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

  • UAT Management: Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for POS hardware integrations, ensuring that all integrations meet functional, technical, and business requirements.
  • Setup & Testing: Set up and manage testing environments and labs to validate integrations with various POS hardware configurations. Ensure that all integration scenarios are rigorously tested and documented.
  • Release Management: Oversee the release process, ensuring that integration features are thoroughly tested, well-documented, and delivered on time. Prepare detailed release notes and communicate key updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Training & Support: Provide inputs to training and Product marketing teams
  • UX Mapping: Conduct detailed UX mapping both before and after integration, ensuring that the integration process maintains or improves the overall user experience.
  • Delivery Team Support: Address ongoing queries and provide expert guidance on integration-related issues to ensure smooth and successful product delivery.
  • Product Comparison & Feature Analysis: Perform in-depth feature analysis and comparisons of various POS hardware solutions within our ecosystem, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization of integration processes.


Think you have what it takes to be our Associate Product Manager - Contract? We're committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here's how we'll know you'll be successful in the role:

  • Proven experience in product management, quality assurance, testing, or installation, with a focus on integrations, particularly with POS systems or hardware.
  • Strong understanding of integration processes between software platforms and POS hardware systems.
  • Experience in preparing release notes, documentation, and managing the full release cycle for integrations across hardware platforms.
  • Hands-on experience setting up and managing lab environments for testing hardware integrations and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Ability to create and deliver training, documentation, and support materials for internal teams involved in hardware integration workflows.
  • Experience with UX mapping and improving user experiences for integrated systems, including POS hardware and software.
  • Ability to conduct product comparison and feature analysis to optimize integrations with a variety of hardware solutions and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and handle complex integration challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
