About this opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Communications Co-Op to join our team. The Communications Co-Op will be responsible for supporting and helping to implement effective communication strategies to ensure that our organization's messages are effectively conveyed to internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging content for various internal and external communication channels. Additionally, the Communications Co-Op will have the opportunity to interface with multiple marketing and communications teams within Ericsson to collaborate on local, regional, and global campaigns.

What you will do

· Support external communications teams along various activation paths, including news releases, blogs, and social media

· Develop compelling content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and other digital platforms

· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in communications to help improve our strategies

You will bring

· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

· Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments and levels of the organization

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia content creation tools is considered an asset
