Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources Service Hub, the successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring data integrity of SAP data, maintaining position management and analyzing labour related information, completing complex reports, providing technical systems support and feedback.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Support position management in SAP by modifying positions, tracking employee movement, preparing Position Authorization Forms and creating requisitions
• Ensure data integrity in SAP through daily and monthly audits
• Complete system testing and provide detailed analysis on system functionality and requirements
• Prepare and analyze labour related information. Examples include; overtime hours, leave balances, flexible work arrangements, expenditure and reconciliation reports etc
• Creating updating and maintaining organizational charts and related information
• Participate in other projects as assigned

Skills and Qualifications


• Post-Secondary diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, Information Technology, related education or equivalent work experience
• Minimum five years' experience in HR, specifically in analysis, auditing and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability understanding Human Resources policies, procedures and applicable legislation
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio
• Demonstrated ability using HRIS, preferably SAP
• Proven analytical skills; conduct detailed analysis of reports
• Good judgement, diplomacy and ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality; ability to work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Must be a strong communicator

Hourly Rate/Salary: $ 37.96 - $ 50.61
