This role is designed to provide the candidate with one or more project assignments that is related to Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

Develop design and product development skills by providing support to the Electrical Engineering team in performing design analysis, conduct testing, test data analysis and repair and maintenance of electronic hardware.
Gain a broad understanding of Aerospace’s end-to-end business combined with the importance of customer responsiveness, meeting program milestones, and improving product quality.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Current enrollment in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Bachelor’s Degree, must graduate after 2025
  • The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.

WE VALUE

  • Demonstrated academic excellence and good analytical skills
  • Good understanding of basic electrical circuits and theory of operation with some knowledge of power electronics
  • Ability to demonstrate key Honeywell Behaviors such as, collaborative, self-awareness, active listener, willingness to accept and act on feedback, passion for results
  • Previous experience in using DMM, Oscilloscopes and other test equipment
  • Motivation to drive improvements in a challenging environment.
  • Ability to easily and effectively juggle many priorities and competing demands
  • Experience with MATLAB and other design/simulation tools
