1. Lead the team and contribute to a range of projects from fast-paced daily deliverables to large tent-pole campaigns and strategies.
2. Execute designs and apply Walmart branding aesthetics, ensuring consistency and appropriate application.
3. Design and create best in class events/campaigns in support of measurable business objectives.
4. Work in agile manner to adjust project goals and execute revisions while maintaining established schedules.
5. Assist Senior Manager, Creative Services in reviewing creative from internal and external team members, in order to ensure design and brand consistency.
6. Lead in development of prototypes and wireframes to explore optimal design solutions, in support of affiliate properties such as Walmart Marketplace, Walmart Financial Services and The Hub.
7. Stay abreast of current design trends and CX best practices.
8. Contribute to customer satisfaction targets by always advocating for the customer and drive user experience by providing insight and guidance to project strategy/direction.
9. Work with Senior Manager, Creative Services to develop and maintain design templates.
10. Update brand guidelines as required.
11. Define and evolve standards for design and creative production.
12. Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to direct reports.
