What you'll do:

As a Marketing & Event Planning Student, you will work closely with the PartSource Home Office and Field Teams, supporting the delivery of activities including marketing programs and grassroot events. The Marketing & Event Planning Student will gain a variety of business experiences by working with multiple cross functional teams.

  • Support Programs & Flyers
  • Reporting, Analysis and Postmortems of Programs
  • Planning & Coordination of Grassroots Marketing & Events
  • Planning & Coordination of Swag

Who you bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Marketing, Event Planning, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • You take initiative, build relationships easily, and are a collaborative team player with strong communication skills
  • You deliver on work consistently to a high degree of accuracy, offering thought leadership and solutions, and creativity in problem solving
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (intermediate/advanced Excel skills)
  • Experience in design/creative tools is an asset
  • Project management/ event execution experience within university or through work experience
  • Automotive experience is an asset.

Hybrid

We value flexibility. We have adopted a hybrid work model whereby employees use a combination of working in office and virtually in service of outcomes. Each leader is empowered to decide what work is best achieved in person based on the unique needs of their team. This hybrid role is based out of our Mississauga Campus and the candidate for this role can expect to work onsite a minimum two days per week.
