Job Summary

Key Details:

  • Hybrid Role: 2 - 3 days a week in office
  • Location: 1 Prologis Blvd, Mississauga ON
  • 6 month contract to hire role

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Transformation, The Technical Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects in the Enterprise System space as well as maintaining visibility of Tech projects in Canada. This role involves managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects align with the organization's strategic goals. The Program Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting enterprise systems initiatives across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the program manager in the enterprise system space, offering project leadership and support as needed. This includes providing the necessary structure, resources, and PM tools required by the project and project teams. Lead the Daily stand-up calls for the Compass Technology Enterprise Systems Team. Mange the project pipeline Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Act as the project manager representing Compass Technology for various enterprise system projects. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams; ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Track and report on program performance, including KPIs and milestones. Provide high-level information on projects and project status to Canada Tech Leadership, ensuring the leadership team are well-informed, be a thought partner to help leadership make strategic decisions and adjustments.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices in program management.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Thought partner to the leadership team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on technology projects or enterprise systems. Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and programs. Demonstrated experience in Business Process Improvement/Redesign
  • PMP, PMI, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly to non-technical audiences. Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment preferred
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and data management. Knowledgeable in SDLC. MS Project & MS Visio
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to think strategically and align projects with organizational goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
