What you'll do

It's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

• Administers, configures, and maintains LP Analytics tools to support business intelligence that supports leads, investigations and reporting required by the LP Organization.
• Develops intuitive case management workflow forms to collect essential data for business Intelligence.
• Performs required testing related to upgrades, releases, fixes, enhancements for the Case Management solution and other LP exception tools, including identifying and solutioning issues and escalating to appropriate owners when necessary.
• Identifies problems and troubleshoots to determine root cause where possible, fixing & escalating appropriately within the Case Management solution and/or LP exception reporting tools.
• Supports continuous process improvement goals to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency related to Case Management and other LP tools, and reports findings to Supervisor.
• Strong problem-solving skills including analysis of information (i.e. requirements; description of problems); provide solutions with cost implications to effectively resolve issues and execute strategic solutions

What you'll need

To begin your career with us, we require the following:

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science preferred/IT Solutions
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience with Case Management and Application Development, report development, data warehousing, data modeling and data mining (Salesforce, Visualforce).
• Practical hands-on experience in design and development of Application Management and other LP tool needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, communicate, and interpret information accurately; bilingualism an asset; able to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners / team members; customer service skills including efficiently and effectively responding to inquires or resolving any conflicts or problems that might arise
• Ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly and independently

Salary Range: $60,083 - $84,116* /year

This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
