Hours of Work: Must be available for day shifts (Monday through Sunday, closed Tuesdays) - Holidays, as required

Reporting to: Lift Staff Supervisors and Risk Manager
Start Date: December 2024

We are currently seeking outgoing, customer-focused team members to help us turn everyday visits into wonderful winter memories.


As part of our Lift Operations team, you will take a key role in creating unforgettable customer experiences, as well as defining the culture of our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the smiling face at the lift, ready to support our guests on their way to a great run
  • Managing lift lines and maze areas, providing assistance, direction and checking tickets/passes
  • Assessing guests needs and lift requirements in a safe and efficient manner
  • Assisting guests in safe and proper loading, riding and unloading of lifts
  • Maintaining safe, efficient operation and control over the lift including accurately completing all required logs and documentation
  • Welcoming guests upon arrival in the parking lot and assist with parking lot management and organization, as needed
  • Charlie-Tango-Alpha-Foxtrot - using radios for communication
  • Being a lean, mean snow shoveling machine, because snow happens here...a lot!
  • Delivering support when needed to prevent/resolve customer issues
  • Ready to take on any challenge or help other team members when needed


Qualifications:

  • O.S.S.D. or equivalent preferred
  • Professional, energetic and dependable
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented
  • Must be able to reason and react with quick and thoughtful judgement while remaining calm under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Skiing/Snowboarding experience is an asset, but not required
