  • Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails, ensuring a positive experience
  • Provide initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Monitor engagement dashboards and input data accurately in the CRM system
  • Track customer interactions and identify trends for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance member experience
