Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible to provide leadership, supervision, and direction of residence life student staff teams for mental health mentor program and student lounge activities

Qualifications:

The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:
• Knowledge of student and residence life programs and services as well as policies and procedures
• Knowledge of emergency response and crisis management including first aid and CPR training
• Knowledge of office as well as the broader university academic units, departments, and divisions
• Knowledge of office productivity software and databases, internet browsers and search engines, discipline-specific software, enterprise software, and technology devices
• Knowledge of cultural competency and diversity
• Knowledge of supervisory practices

Education and Experience:

The above is normally acquired through the completion of:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of one year of previous experience in student life program delivery plus supervisory experience
