We're looking for a couple of creative, curious, and tech-savvy high school students to join our Innovation Squad at Ericsson.

You will bring

No prior experience necessary! We're looking for individuals with a passion for learning, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to take risks.

Hands-on learning: Dive deep into various tech fields like coding, AI, Innovation, and more!

Mentorship: Get guidance and support from experienced professionals.

Fun and engaging workshops: Learn new skills and have a blast while doing it!

This position is based in Ottawa. Expectation is for student to be in the office 5 days/week (100%) with a 60% minimum in some situation based on manager's requirement.

Other requirements

  • Must commit to participating in the full seven-week program. (This means that you will not be able to take time off for summer school, vacations, or other commitments.)
  • Should have an anticipated average of at least 80%.
  • Must be enrolled in 11th and 12th grade Math and Science courses as of School year Fall 2025.
  • At this time, Ericsson Canada Inc. does not provide immigration assistance/sponsorship now or in the future for this position.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

This position reports to Manager Product Cost & Config Mgmt.
