Hybrid Work Model

Job Description

The Enterprise Systems Specialist for Salesforce will be part of a team that is accountable for maintaining, researching, and implementing solutions to meet Assent's strategic and operational business needs. The Intermediate Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in the ongoing administration, configuration, and enhancement of our Salesforce instance. This role will be responsible for managing users, ensuring data integrity, supporting end-users, developing automations, building reports and dashboards, and contributing to the integration and documentation of Salesforce with other business systems.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Administration: Independently manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, roles, and public groups.
  • Data Management: Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and data migration activities. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data audits. Understand and apply data governance best practices.
  • User Support: Provide second-level support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Process and Automation Improvement: Develop and deploy workflows, process builder flows, and approval processes to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Reports and Dashboards: Build and maintain complex reports and dashboards, including cross-object reports and formulas, to provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Integration Management: Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of current and new integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, working collaboratively with other teams.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Stay Current & Curious: Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to ensure the platform is being utilized effectively. Think out of the box to find creative solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance activities on new Salesforce functionalities, enhancements, and patches to ensure system stability and functionality
  • Be familiar with corporate security policies and follow the guidance set out by processes and procedures of Assent.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, flow, validation rules, and dynamic forms in Lightning.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Trailhead Ranger status with Superbadges is a plus.
  • Previous experience with Seismic, 6sense, Outreach, Clari, Gong or Data enrichment tools is a plus.
