A Revenue Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data related to a company's revenue streams. They provide insight into current and future performance and develop strategies to optimize revenue generation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviewing and approving the Billing Schedules and Invoices received from Billing coordinators.
  • Reconciling whether all the contracts have been pushed from Documentum to WD.
  • Obtaining information and related backup relating to Intercompany and preparing necessary entries, intercompany settlements, preparing invoices and sending them for approval to Manager.
  • Taking responsibility of certain specific GL accounts and prepare reconciliations, monthly analysis for the assigned accounts
  • Assist the Manager and Sr. Revenue recognition analyst with revenue reporting and work on special assignments, ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis requests.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting (or Business Management, Finance or related discipline) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years experience

Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience in creating & reviewing billing schedules, generating and issuing invoices to customers
  • Recording journal entries in multiple currencies
  • Detail oriented with exceptional documentation skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experience with ERP system, preferably WorkDay
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with both financial and non-financial people
