What you'll do

Reporting to the Manager, POP, Design & Production, the Associate Manager will partner with brand strategy, internal creative teams along with cross -functional groups to plan, strategize and develop exceptional POP programs and in-store initiatives. This role provides a broad scope and touch points across a large, world class organization to help gain a breadth of organizational understanding, exposure, relationships, and career development. Opportunity to have ownership and autonomy on leading teams through exciting campaigns, strategic initiatives and have a direct impact on the success our in-store messaging.

The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator with a customer focused mindset and has extensive omni-channel retail store knowledge. A change agent and self starter, with a strong passion for driving results. The Associate Manager will also:

  • Support and guide Team Leads through daily tasks and accountabilities

  • Oversee daily activities and traffic flow of projects with the POP Design and Copy team members

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to plan and develop campaign strategies, across multiple customer touchpoints

  • Communicate and collaborate with Space Planning, Store Planning, Design and Fixture Teams, PSC Dealers plus other cross-functional support teams to ensure strategic alignment and manage flawless implementation of tracked campaigns to evaluate performance

  • Drive campaign objectives though tested methods but also demonstrate a willingness to innovate and take new approaches that make sense in the ever-changing store environment landscape

  • Develop and manage internal reviews of print collateral to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working effectively under the pressure of last-minute deadlines and changing priorities

  • Own budgets and proactively manage POP spend while maintaining business deliverables

  • 5+ years of in-store marketing with a design and production background

  • 5+ years of in-store and execution experience with a strong foundation in customer behaviours in the retail industry

  • Delivered omni/multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale, leveraging data and digital insights in execution

  • Firm grasp of project management, traffic controlling, workback scheduling

  • Exceptional experience applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery that meet or exceed goals

  • Strong collaborative working style with the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team in a flexible, dynamic environment, and to contribute to a positive work environment

  • Commits to stretch goals and delivers; holds self to highest performance standards

  • Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines
