For this exciting position, we are specifically targeting students who have a background in Computer Science or are pursuing a relevant Technology degree. Depending on the needs and location of the team, you will need to work PDT or MDT or relocate to a specific office (site-based). You must also currently be a student enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution and will be enrolled throughout the duration of the co-op term (you will also be returning back to the post-secondary institution once the co-op term is completed). Proof of a valid work permit will also be required, if applicable.

Salary Range: $3900 - $4900 / Month

Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.

Responsibilities

  • Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
  • Collaborate on incident and change request management
  • Assist in workload and due date analysis
  • Facilitate compiling team statistics
  • Assist in SAP testing and system documentation
  • Contribute to detailed and organized project management documentation
  • Oversee a variety of administrative duties for the team on an as needed basis
  • Contribute to license auditing and ensuring the correct requirements are met

Qualifications

  • Working towards an undergraduate or master's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field. A master's student is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent time allocation, punctuality and priority management skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous co-op experience is considered an asset
  • Students located in Toronto are preferred
