About us:
The Office of Student Recruitment (OSR) in University Admissions and Outreach is responsible for the strategic, university-wide approach to student recruitment to target and attract students to the University of Toronto. Working closely with academic divisions, OSR is responsible for regularly planning, implementing, assessing and revising a full spectrum of student recruitment initiatives.
Your opportunity:
Under the general direction of the Associate Director, University Student Recruitment, the Coordinator, Student Recruitment & Events works closely with the recruitment team and other members of the office and is responsible for positively representing the University of Toronto locally, nationally and internationally, in order to recruit well-qualified students. This role also works with other divisions across the tri-campus to create, organize, and execute shared and joint student recruitment events and activities to support the University-wide approach for student recruitment strategies and initiatives.
The incumbent will work closely with internal contacts to both in the office and the divisions to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach in student outreach. They will build a network of contacts in schools throughout the country and assist in the planning and coordination for events and programs, both on and off campus.

Pay Scale Group & Hiring Zone:
USW Pay Band 12 -- $79,874. with an annual step progression to a maximum of $102,147. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
