Job Summary:

CSA Group has an opportunity for a Digital Growth Marketer - Project Delivery based out of Toronto who will have primary accountability for the deployment of digital strategies as part of the Digital Growth Marketing team. This role will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and evaluating data from assigned platforms while utilizing growth hacking principles to evolve platforms for greater lead capture, acquisition, and conversion opportunities.

The Digital Growth Marketer, will deeply understand digital project management, concept, design, usability, development, implementation, and measurement of the effectiveness of digital platforms ranging from UX/UI, SEO, SEM, to Accessibility principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds strong collaborative relationships within the Marketing & Communications function, as well as organizational stakeholders including, but not limited to, Commercial, Operations, Standards, Legal, IT, and other internal functions.

  • Carries out operational delivery and execution for all projects and project-related deliverables within the Marketing team, including digital products and projects, content operations, technology integrations, and operational analytics

  • Understand the customer journey, from their first exposure to CSA Group's digital platforms until becoming a paid customer

  • Operational business internal point of contact for designated platforms, exercising support in decision-making for developing, evaluating and deploying digital tools and tactics.

  • Ensures timely delivery of all campaigns within each platform and ongoing integration with Salesforce, Pardot, and other CRM technologies.

  • Performs additional research to identify conversion improvement opportunities.

  • Evaluates and provides recommendations to stakeholders on emerging best practices that will enhance functionality, increases visitor engagement and/or maximizes the effectiveness of developed strategies.

  • Capture, analyze, and compile all metrics and measurements related to project management from sources including Kapost, Jira, Workday, native platform insights, Power BI, and other such tools.

  • Uses data to understand conversion drivers and execute multi-variation and A/B testing within growth hacking principles established in the DMO

  • Collaborates with our development team to implement in-platform changes

  • Manages the ongoing development, evolution, implementation and maintenance of digital platforms, proactively addressing issues, recommending solutions, and establishing SEO, SEM, Conversion, Accessibility, and navigation best practices

  • Improving development and testing processes, methodology, tools, and best practices to ensure adherence to growth hacking and iterative optimization principles.

  • Actively manages all assigned web marketing assets.

  • Analyzes requirements and develops solutions aligned with corporate policy and business objectives to provide optimal technical and creative solutions.

  • Manages posting / cross-linking of web applications, content tools, vendor relationships, domain names and registrations, etc.

  • Stewards the continual, measurable evolution and development of CSA Group web marketing platforms to enhance brand and product awareness, increase customer traffic, revenue, order value, and business goal conversions.

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to develop required business metrics & KPI's.

  • Provides ongoing validation and iterative improvements using web analytics, report analysis and recommendations with planned, measurable outcomes.

  • Collaborates with leadership to understand digital marketing and growth objectives, supports the development of growth strategies and corresponding tactics that meet business objectives.

  • Other ongoing requirements:

    • Ongoing inclusion in the management and maintenance of an effective e-Commerce and lead generation program.

    • Collaborates with greater Marketing team and other stakeholders to develop and deliver online marketing strategies and campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing or, related experience.

  • 5 + years experience in web marketing/management, website support/management, project management or marketing.

  • Demonstrated track record of success in implementing web marketing strategies using a variety of online media is essential.

  • Experience in B2B environment is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization, UX/UI, digital accessibility, web design and development principles and best practices

  • Well-rounded understanding of usability and user interface design principles.

  • Strong knowledge of web metrics and tools, such as Google Analytics and similar 3rd party products (FullStory, Optimizely, Optimize, Adobe Target, etc).

  • Experience with research tools.

  • Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypothesis for constant and fast iteration testing.

  • Organized and methodical in setting up processes to streamline testing cadence with a team of diverse skills.

  • Thorough knowledge of accessibility testing techniques (automated and manual) and assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnification software, and alternative input systems

  • Ability to effectively communicate the complexities and opportunities of accessibility and inclusive design to technical and non-technical audiences with various skillsets.

  • Must have working knowledge of HTML, communication protocols and familiarity with Content Management tools.

  • Experience in on and off-page Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and graphic design skills a definite asset.

  • Ability to understand issues around website hosting and management.
