Overview of Position:
We are looking for an individual with a passion for excellence in Instructional Design (including needs assessments, analysis, facilitation & elearning) while employing project management & collaboration skills who is excited by the challenge of a dynamic environment. Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Chat, Copilot and Copilot Agents will be required to help with the curation and design of on the job education resources for TeamUHN. As an Education Specialist, you will be working with clinicians, administrative, managerial, research and technical staff whose computer skills range from basic to advanced. This role will support the responsible AI project focused on designing innovative educational programs that empower healthcare professionals to use AI-enabled tools responsibly.
