The opportunity

Integrated Business Planning Leader - 12 month contract
Scarborough, Ontario


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Site Supply Chain team as the Integrated Business Planning Leader. This strategic role will focus on driving planning initiatives within the framework of Integrated Business Planning, ensuring alignment with Teva's objectives and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a change management expert with a proven track record in implementing business planning (S&OP, Financial) technologies to optimize commercial processes.

How you'll spend your day

  • Lead the site's implementation of planning process within an Integrated Business Planning framework.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the financial and site supply chain team.
  • Represent the sites in front of the IBP Program/Project Team and vice versa.
  • Ensure site team is onboarded, engaged, has clear tasks and sufficient availability.
  • Ensure clear project plan at the plant level, connected with overall project plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams SMEs to integrate the "Supply to COGs" activities with other business functions, fostering a cohesive and strategic approach.
  • Ensure site is sufficient contribution to the design and drive site acceptance of the solution.
  • Drive change management activities at the site level, accountable for site adoption.
  • Monitor execution of tasks at the site level, address risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with the regional and global project team.
  • Other related duties as required.

Your experience and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. PMP designation is preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience with supply chain processes.
Experience in project management of multiple complex projects with an understanding of regulatory and quality aspects of pharmaceuticals and supply chain is preferred.
Proven track record in leading business transformation initiatives, with a focus on Integrated Business Planning.
Experience in change management, with the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Strong expertise in business planning technologies and their application in financial planning processes, preferably based on SAP tools.
Preferable: background in planning for a manufacturing organization.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
