Lab Technician Laboratory - I.V. Team (Job ID: 9535)
Qualifications include:
Completion of an approved Laboratory Technician program/course.
OSMT or CSMLS certification required or willing to obtain within 6 months of employment.
Previous experience and certified to perform venipuncture on adults and children.
Computer skills, including previous experience with a Laboratory Information System is required.
Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills when working with patients, co-workers and hospital staff.
Demonstrates characteristics of a strong team player.
Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
Satisfactory attendance record.
